Operation Dave Benefit: Watershed to Play December 26

Watershed will perform twice at the Rumba Café on Saturday Dec26th to benefit Watershed drummer Dave Masica who is been suffering from serious health issues resulting from a back injury and a spinal infection following major surgery. Unable to work since August and faced with a mounting pile of medical bills, Dave and his family are in desperate need of help to stock the fridge and pay the rent. 

The original Watershed line-up of Joe Oestreich, Herb Schupp and Colin Gawel will be reuniting and performing together for the first time in 14 years. The threesome, which formed at ..Thomas.. ..Worthington.. ..High School.., toured the ....USA.... relentlessly and went on to land a major label record deal with EPIC/SONY records will be performing at 9pm and playing songs from the Star Vehicle/Twister era of the Watershed catalog.

Later in the evening, Joe and Colin will join Mark “Pooch” Borror and stand in drummer ..Mike Sammons.. (Alpha Racetrack) to perform a set of Watershed classics from The More it Hurts the More it Works/ 5th of July releases.

In between, solo artist and long time Watershed roadie ..Ricki C... will be performing solo selections and acting as a master of ceremonies.

And.. Dave’s former band The Point will re-unite to scorch the Rumba with their infamous brand of rock n roll.
